F1 2019 Regulations
§1. General provisions.
1. Joining the league means you accept the rules.
2. The administrators of the F1 2019 rFactor series are ColinMcDixon, Speed, Vangree, Larus and Rafalgt.
3. The games are based on the latest version of the game rFactor 2 on fashion available directly from the server. The mod and track are downloaded from the Launcher level.
4. The League's administration reserves the right to change the regulations at any time after informing the participants of the league games on the forum.
5. Amendments to the regulations come into force from the next race and do not apply retroactively. However, they must be announced no later than 24 hours before the start of the race. Otherwise they will only apply from the next Grand Prix.
6. In the event of situations not specified in the regulations, the final decision always belongs to the League Administration.
7. While driving on league servers it is possible to communicate via messengers, e.g. Discord. Discord server: https://discord.gg/rXMqf7s.
9. It is recommended that you close access to your messengers before starting the race to avoid any unexpected trouble during the race. Some programs running in the background can load your internet connection speed.

§2. Settings.
1. Race distance - 75% of the real F1 distance. The exact number of laps on the League calendar.
2. Tire wear - x1.
3. Fuel consumption - x1.
4. Mechanical failures - normal.
5. Flags - all.
6. Available aids: clutch.
7. Cameras: Free view.
8. Level of damage - 100%
9. Time of the race in the game - according to the data from www.F1.com (exceptions are night races).
10. Weather is automatically downloaded from the weather plugin. Track conditions are downloaded directly from the weather site http://www.wunderground.com in real time. Administration does not affect the conditions that occur during all sessions on the server.
10a. In the event of large temperature drops at night, the Administration reserves the right to compensate for the resulting temperature by a constant value close to the level during the real time of the race.

§3. League server.
1. The server for the F1 2019 series is "Dix-Racing.pl F1 2019" in the Multiplayer rF2 system. IP: 22667 /. link
2. The server operates 24 hours a day.

§4. License.
1. A person who wants to join the League must report this fact to the Administration.

2. Registration for the season remains open until 85% of the season calendar is reached.
3. Only competitors registered on the forum in the subject of registration for F1 2019 may participate in the qualifying session and the race.
4. The license shall be issued for an indefinite period by the League Administration or persons designated by it.
5. A prerequisite for obtaining a license is to appear on the league servers in order to cover a dozen or so laps satisfactorily.
6. The license may be withdrawn for violation of these regulations.

§5. Racing team.
1. Each team may have two full-time drivers.
2. Teams receive the sum of points scored by their drivers (maximum 2 drivers).
3. During the season, the change of belonging to the team by the driver will be possible only until reaching 75% of the season calendar.
4. If a player does not appear at the start of two Grand Prix in a row without giving a reason, he is removed from the team to free up space for new drivers waiting for a free car. Thus, it will end at the end of the reserve list if it exists.
5. A full-time driver (added to the team) is obliged to start with a car assigned by the administration in the League System. Does not apply to drivers not enrolled in teams.

§ 6. Grand Prix weekend.
1. The Grand Prix always takes place on weekends and consists of:
a. Training - Friday - 20:00 (120 minutes).
b. Qualifications - Sunday - 20:30 (Q1-18 min, Q2-15 min, Q3-12 min).
c. Race - Sunday - after qualifying around 21:30 (75% of the length - number of laps is given in the League System on the calendar).
2. Days and hours of individual sessions may change, as the league administration will inform on the league portal.
3. Three tire mixtures will be selected for each Grand Prix weekend and we only ride them during training, qualifying and racing.
4. During qualifying sessions and the race, chatting is strictly prohibited. Only Administrators have the right to write to issue orders or give ads.
5. The use of a given tire mixture shall be deemed to have carried out at least 1 complete measuring lap on it.
6. In the 2019 season, the SimRaceTools anticheat system applies.

§ 7. Workouts.
1. Participation in online training is recommended - among others to eliminate possible problems with the correct operation of the game on the server.
2. Training results will be published on the main page of the portal.

3. Official training (Friday) is open to everyone.

4. When driving on the server, rubber is formed on the track, which increases grip with every kilometer driven.

§8. Qualifications.
1. Participation in qualifications is not mandatory.
3. Drivers who do not qualify are placed at the start of the race in the final positions in the order determined by the game.
4. The qualifications consist of three parts: Q1, Q2 and Q3.
5. Return to the garage by using the ESC key is prohibited - this key can only be pressed while being a vehicle on the service avenue. Drivers are required to drive a downhill lap. If the ESC key is pressed, the driver is prohibited from leaving again until the end of all qualifying sessions.

5 a. A driver who presses ESC on the track during the qualifying session and has not already left the track by the end of all qualifying sessions may start in the race.
5 b. Notifying the administrator of the admission to breaking the rules during the qualifying session in which the offense occurred, allows the driver to start in the race. This driver will be moved to the end of the stake, and further participation in qualifying sessions is prohibited.
6. The best 15 players of the first part will advance to the second part. A driver without time will not advance to Q2.
7. The best 10 players of the second part will advance to the third part. A driver without time will not advance to Q3.
8. Riders in Q2 who set the fastest time lap on a given tire mix and proceed to the Q3 session (the fastest ten drivers) must appear on the same mix at the start of the race (if the Q2 session is played). You must join Q3 on the smallest tire mix available on GP data (when you start the qualification from Q3 you can put on any set of tires). Drivers who took places from 11 down in the Q2 session start to the race with any tire mix available for the Grand Prix.
9. During the qualifying session a player's car on the track must not show signs of overheating. This situation threatens to be punished by the Administration.
10. After passing the measured lap during the qualifying session, the setup blocks. All you can change is: steering angle, braking force, brake balance, front wing settings, fuel and engine settings (engine braking, rpm, boost)
11. It is not possible to repeat the qualifying session.

§ 9. Race.
1. Participation in the race is compulsory.
a. The driver has the right to justify absence before the start of the race in the appropriate section on the forum.
b. The maximum number of justifications is up to 50% of the number of races in a season.
c. The maximum number of unjustified races is 3 in a season.

d. The maximum number of unjustified races in a row is 2 in a season.
2. After going to the racing session, the driver is obliged to check if it has been correctly positioned on the starting fields before starting the lap of the forming body. In the event of non-compliance, he must immediately report this fact to the Administration. After this time, the current setting is considered correct.
a. The race begins with a formation lap and once it has begun it is not possible to repeat it.
b. rFactor 2 allows you to return to the race after the so-called "Connection lost"
3. The race distance is saved in Menu> F1> Race calendar.
4. In the event of damage to the vehicle during the formation lap, the competitor may go to the boxes and start from the exit line from the boxes. However, it must wait for the green light.
5. It is not possible to refuel in the race.
6. A driver may enter the race when:
a. He made a limit of time laps to start the number of qualifying sessions
- 20, classifies the driver to attend qualifying sessions,
- 10, classifies a driver to start from the end of the rate.
- if the limit is not met, the driver may or may not be admitted when starting from the boxes. The number of laps is checked here: Link
7. During the race, each competitor must:
a. Make a minimum of one stop in the box (exits for the purpose of serving a penalty are not considered a mandatory stop).
b. Use at least two of the three tire mixes designated for the current Grand Prix Weekend (not applicable on wet races).
8. A driver is classified when he completes 90% of the entire race distance. The League System calculates 90% of the race distance down to a full lap. (Example: race distance = 46 round, 90% race distance = 41.4 round, 90% race distance according to the League System = 41 round)
9. All drivers are classified according to the number of laps completed. Competitors who have completed the same number of laps are classified in the order of crossing the finish line.
10. Two drivers of the same team can participate in the race.

§10. Complaints.
1. The administration after the race has the right to review the replay in search of incorrect driving (leaving the track, accidents) and punish such behavior without complaining by others.
2. A penalized driver has the right to appeal against an Administrative decision within 48 hours. In this case, the appeal will be reviewed by the FIA ​​Commission.
3. Everyone injured in a race has the right to lodge a complaint against another driver.
4. The complaint will be accepted for consideration when it is written in accordance with the template provided on the Forum's complaint section.
5. We lodge a complaint within 48 hours after the race.
6. Complaints will be considered by the FIA ​​Commission. The verdict will be published on the forum.
7. After considering complaints and finding someone guilty, the results in the League System will be updated.
8. Penalties will be granted according to the verdict of the FIA ​​Commission.

§11. Penalties.
1. Penalties are imposed on the player during and after the game.
2. Penalties during the game are automatically imposed by rFactor and relate mainly to "STOP and GO" or passing through the service alley. In the worst case this may be disqualification.
3. After the race, judges may impose the following penalties without submitting a complaint:
a. Reprimanding.
b. Canceling the lap time obtained.
c. Addition to the final race time DT - 20 or S&G - 30 seconds.
d. Moving any number of positions backwards at the start of the next race.

e. Removing a driver from the starting fields - starting from boxing.
f. Not classified in a given session.
g. Penalty of passing through the "Drive-Through" service alley to the next race in which the driver will take part or adding 20 s to the race in which the offense occurred.
h. The "Stop & Go" penalty for the next race in which the driver will participate or adding 30 s to the race in which the offense occurred.
i. Suspension for one or several Grand Prix Weekends.
j. Throwing out of the league.
4. Players participating in the league games and other users are bound by appropriate behavior and culture on the portal and on the league server. Inappropriate behavior, insulting other players and similar pranks will be punished by the Administration with all firmness, with full possibilities of punishing such a person, up to a lifetime ban on the portal and exclusion from the league.
5. Each line of text written in chat during the qualifying or racing session will be punished.

§12. Punctation.
1. The series has a rating system:
a. 25 points for first place;
b. For second place 18 points;
c. 15 points for third place;
d. Fourth for the fourth place;
e. Fifth place for 10 points;
f. Sixth for 8 points;
g. Seventh place, six points;
h. Eighth place, 4 points;
i. Ninth for 2 points;
j. For the tenth place 1 point.
2. The League Champion title for a given season falls to the driver who will score the most points in a given season. In the event of an equal number of points, priority is given to the number of wins.
3. The League Champion title in the constructors category for a given season falls to the team whose drivers scored the most points in a given season. In the event of an equal number of points, priority is given to the number of wins.
4. The League Champion title in the pole positions category for a given season falls to the driver who will win the highest number of qualifications for the race. In the event of an equal number of positions won, priority is given to the number of second places in the race classifications, etc.
4. If the race is interrupted and cannot be restarted:
a. No points are awarded if the leader has not completed two laps.
b. Half points are awarded when the leader has completed less than 75% of the planned distance.
c. Full points are awarded if the leader has completed more than 75% of the distance.

§13. Safety and Fair Play rules.
1. You cannot leave the car in dangerous places.
2. The competitor who has damaged the car (does not apply to the broken wheel) is obliged to go down to his mechanics as soon as possible without posing a threat to other drivers or if it is impossible to press ESC - withdraw from the race.
3. A competitor who has damaged the car by breaking at least one of the wheels cannot continue driving and must leave ESC safely as soon as possible - applies to qualifying sessions and the race.
4. In the event of a car falling out of the track, a competitor can enter the track with 100% certainty that he will not cause a collision / accident / danger. If a driver breaks this section of the regulations, he should expect a penalty.
5. It is unacceptable to constantly change the driving line. The defending player has the right to change his line once, provided he does so early enough not to cause a hazard or accident.
6. During qualification, the person on the lap away lap must give way to the driver on the measuring lap (blue flag).
7. During the race a duplicate person must give way to the double driver (blue flag).
8. It is forbidden to "cut / widen" the track. As a rule, rFactor 2 automatically evaluates off-track rides. The administration will determine any exceptions and announce it in the pre-race briefing.
9. If a position has been gained as a result of beheading, it must be returned immediately by passing, at the next opportunity on the track, a competitor overtaken in this way. This rule does not apply if all the fighting drivers have cut a corner. The driver who has returned the position cannot be overtaken until the nearest turn top (not applicable if the opponent falls off the track by that time).
10. You must not make deliberate contact between two cars with each other.
11. Yellow flag (sector): When the yellow flag is displayed in this sector, be extremely cautious and reduce your pace so that you are ready to avoid danger. You cannot overtake, and especially such a maneuver cannot take place in the immediate vicinity of the accident that caused it to hang.
12. Blue flag: means that the driver behind us will duplicate us. In this case, the track must be replaced as soon as possible so that the duplicate driver can safely overtake. An ideal mirror maneuver is when the mirror driver records the smallest possible loss of time due to overtaking the mirror driver. Ignoring the blue flags will result in a service penalty imposed by the game.
13. The responsibility for carrying out the overtaking maneuver safely and in a safe time lies primarily with the attacking driver. However, both drivers should ensure that this maneuver is carried out avoiding any collisions.
14. The attack should be carried out in a predictable manner. Excessive aggression may be punishable.
15. In a 2-Wide (side-by-side) situation, both drivers must leave sufficient space in the corner (on the track).
16. For a 2-Wide situation to occur, the attacking vehicle must be leveled with the defending vehicle. Equalization means the fulfillment of the following conditions:

at least the front axle of the attacking vehicle must be at the height of the rear axle of the defending vehicle,
this equalization must take place before the defending driver turns into the turn.

If no equalization has occurred, then 2-Wide will not apply.

17. Black flag: indicates the disqualification of a rider from a given race.
18. All maneuvers causing danger on the track and / or accidents are prohibited and will be punished according to the regulations or arrangements of the Administration.

§14. Service alley.
1. Each competitor is required to navigate the service lane with the speed limiter activated. In the event of speeding, the penalties imposed by the game apply.
2. We follow the service lane according to the marked route. The continuous lines can be crossed only when turning off and leaving the service station of your own team and after passing oncoming vehicles already moving on the service avenue.
3. When leaving the boxes, before lighting up the green lights, you should position yourself behind the rivals who reached the line earlier (not one next to the other). Failure to comply with this rule will penalize the driver.
4. It is forbidden to cross the line when leaving the service avenue. Departure to the track must take place along the specially marked path of exit from boxing (not applicable when there is no painted line on the track).
5. The signaling device at the entrance and exit in the service alley regulates its movement. Green light means permission to leave / enter. Exit / entry red light is forbidden and the flashing blue light warns of an approaching car coming in our direction.

§15. Additional systems used in fashion.
1. Mod uses the DRS system built into rFactor 2 (so-called Rear Flap).
2. The DRS system at all sessions works only in the designated zones given on the portal. For the system to work, the driver in front of us at the detection point must be within 1 second of advantage over our car.
In a racing session, the DRS system activates after driving 2 laps. Additional programs (Plugins) to help e.g. control the amount of rainfall or the amount of water on the track can be found Link
3. SimHub

Available tools (e.g. SimHub and built-in widgets, LINK) allow, among others better estimate the moment of start of the race (reduce reaction time).
The application along with the countdown has been available since 2016 and uses only the functions provided by rFactor 2, while:
the possibility of anonymous reading of data about the amount of time to turn on the green light / turn off all lights has been available since 2012.
It is by no means possible to 100% reliably control its use, so please be advised that:
every driver is entitled to use and it does not break the league regulations.
the case is reported to the authors of rFactor. If something changes in this matter, a relevant statement will be issued immediately.

The league does not prohibit the use of SimHub due to two facts:
a. the countdown program does not need SimHub as a prerequisite to be able to work properly. Everyone and at any time can write a few lines of simple code and use the countdown on any tool because the "hole" lies on the rF2 side. Removing SimHub will only "cover" the problem by moving it deeper into the gray area, which will allow the use of this "gate" less officially,
b. apart from the fact that SimHub was used to connect the countdown plugin, it doesn't make a great tool responsible for the rFactor 2 'hole'.

§16. SimRaceTools anticheat system
1. Every driver participating in the season is obliged to register in the SimRaceTools system.
2. Every driver participating in an official session on the server is required to have a properly running SimRaceTools program.
3. The lack of correctly (according to the instructions) fired tool is tantamount to disqualification from the given Grand Prix.
